Focusing on self care and recovery this weekend.

I am needing to take a break from work which I did taking some time off last week. I also took time off my volunteer job this weekend. I do emotional support volunteering on call and responding to police and other emergencies as a volunteer supporter of victims. This weekend I won't do that as I need a break to do recovery studies and enjoy the sunny weather.
