Spending over the holidays was not excessive. I did good.

We almost managed to not spend more than we had over the holidays. We have a few extra credit card bills but not a payday loan company loan like last year.

Trying to replace evenings of online shopping with evenings of recovery study

I was somewhat successful tonight pushing myself to read my old recovery literature. I did though browse online for a trip but that was it one trip not computers or other stuff. I also enjoyed friends support on Facebook and real life talking to my wife and I did shave just now.
